Privacy notice

Hyperflo is operated by Antennae Ventures. Updated 13 October 2026. Contact compliance@antennae.in for privacy, account recovery or deletion requests.

What we store

Account email, password hashes, verification state, workspace preferences, saved companies and sectors, flagged events, private notes, briefing settings and delivery status. We also store a private assistant conversation history and a compact summary of explicitly requested writing preferences, such as tone, detail level and format. This internal summary does not infer sensitive personal characteristics. Feedback submissions are stored with a receipt and, when signed in, your account ID. Passwords are hashed; reset and verification tokens are stored as hashes. Delivery queues temporarily contain email links until delivery is attempted.

Who can access it

Your authenticated workspace is separated from other users. Antennae Ventures’ authorised operators can access infrastructure and stored data to operate the service, investigate faults and handle support requests. “Private” does not mean that operators cannot access it.

AI and email providers

When you ask the assistant, your question, limited conversation history and relevant graph evidence are sent to the selected AI provider, currently Google Gemini for the public-evidence pilot. Signed-in requests use the last eight messages by default, with a configurable maximum of sixteen, and anonymised writing preferences. Account identifiers, email recipient lists and private notes are excluded. Google’s unpaid service may use prompts and outputs for product improvement and human review. Do not include confidential research or personal secrets in questions. Provider handling and retention follow their own policies. Brevo processes transactional emails and recipient addresses. Infrastructure hosts process the stored data needed to run Hyperflo. We do not claim that external AI providers offer zero retention.

Cookies and browser storage

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Browser storage may retain interface preferences and local research state; signing out clears account-specific browser state. Essential session storage is used for authentication.

Retention and deletion

Assistant history is retained for up to 30 days and 200 messages per account. Writing preferences remain until cleared or the account is deleted. You can request that both be cleared or exported through the contact below. Workspace data is retained while your account is in use; there is currently no automatic inactivity deletion. Verification links expire after 24 hours, reset links after 30 minutes. To request an export, correction or deletion, email the contact above from your account address. We verify ownership before acting and confirm the scope and timing. Operational backups may retain copies until their rotation; deletion is not represented as immediate erasure from every backup.

Research evidence

Public source records and entity relationships are separate from private account research. Source coverage is incomplete and records may contain extraction errors. Please avoid including sensitive information in feedback or assistant prompts.

Beta terms

Beta access

The current beta requires no payment or card. Account creation does not create a paid subscription. Availability, coverage and features may change; any future paid purchase requires separate published pricing and agreement.

Account responsibilities

Use an email address you control, verify it and keep passwords and email links private. Do not impersonate others, attempt to access another workspace or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for the material you submit.

Using the evidence

Hyperflo helps organise research. Records and AI responses can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Check original sources before acting. The service does not provide investment, legal or other professional advice, and scenarios are not guaranteed predictions. Linked sources retain their own rights and terms.

Your research and service operations

You retain your rights in your submitted notes and feedback. You permit Antennae Ventures and its service providers to process them to provide the functions you request, maintain the service and handle support. See the privacy notice above for storage, access, AI handling and deletion requests.

Support and changes

Beta feedback receives a submission receipt; response times are not guaranteed. Report account access problems to the contact above. Ownership must be established before account recovery or data disclosure. We may restrict misuse and update these terms; this page carries the update date.
